If you do not know what is in the drink, and you consume it and then take medication or drugs that will interact with the energy drinks, this can be deadly to you.
Some energy drinks have extra vitamins in them. However, there are vitamins we get in foods already that we do not need more of, and if we take in too many of these vitamins, then they will become toxic to your body.
Drinking energy drinks can be very dangerous to your over all health. You do not want to put something in your body that is going to give you that five minute high just to end up seriously sick, or even dead. Be careful of what you put in your body, you need to be in good health.
